Ropes, Vulcan, Blob Work

Had a Battling Rope session yesterday to keep the conditioning up. Was quite sore from Monday’s training but still hit the ropes hard. Yesterday’s Practice 2/10/12

Finished up Week 4 of Program 4 yesterday. I fasted from 5pm-5pm, so did this workout around 3:30pm then ate. No issues and felt great all day. My weight is staying consistent at 185lb each week without changing much of anything with my diet except adding one 24hour fast per week.
